Guaranteed, Pre-Paid Parking at Sixth & Penn Garage
If you purchased a guaranteed parking pass and had it mailed to you:
1: With guaranteed parking, you may still enter the garage even if the sign or attendant indicates that the garage is full.
2: Upon arrival at the garage, pull up to the entry gate and ticket machine. Press the button on the ticket machine to receive an entry ticket.
3: When departing, pull up to the exit gate. Scan the ticket received at entry to generate the parking fee. Next, scan the QR code on your one-time use prepaid pass to validate the entry ticket. The gate arm will raise for exit.
4: The entry ticket and prepaid QR code pass can be disposed of following departure.
Please Note: The guaranteed parking pass is only good after 4 PM on weekdays and all day on the weekends. This pre-paid pass only guarantees a parking space in the garage, not a specific floor or space.
If your order is being held at the Theater Square / Venue Box Office:
When picking up your guaranteed parking pass at the Box Office more than two hours before the performance, your pass is holding at Theater Square Box Office. If less than two hours until your performance, your pass/tickets are waiting for you at the box office of the venue you are attending that day. Should an issue arise with your prepaid parking pass, visit the attendant at the front desk at the Sixth and Penn Garage, located in the elevator lobby off of Penn Avenue.
